Spica S.A. is a hotel, tourism business and investment company, established in 2016 in Chania, Crete, Greece, with a purpose of investing in real estate and development of various touristic projects, mainly hotels and resorts.

From the very beginning the Company has been very attentive in planning its actions and always working on various forecasts before taking any major decisions. This analytical approach together with careful choice of the strategic partners, both in the fields of real estate development and hotel management, has led it to successful ownership of Airis Boutique & Suites Hotel near Chania and another, five-star hotel, Aloe Boutique & Suites, located in Almyrida, Apokoronas.

Along the course of its business, the Company has been involved in several more projects, sometimes as investor, sometimes as business consultant and is always looking forward for more possibilities to expand.
